Asphalt Sealcoating and Striping

Sealcoating & Striping Asphalt sealcoating
A new coat of sealcoat every two or three years seals the small cracks in your asphalt surface that can turn into large cracks which will then allow water to degrade the base material.   It also protects your asphalt from the sun’s UV rays, reduces its exposure to oxygen and protects it from harmful chemicals such as oil and gasoline. Sealcoat also makes your asphalt look cleaner and makes your striping more visible

  1. Prevents water penetration
  2. Prevents oxidation from the sun’s ultraviolet rays
  3. Resists gasoline, oil, and salt
  4. Curb appeal – restores your pavement back to a black color to enhance the overall curb appeal of a property

Asphalt Striping
Newly striped asphalt parking lots are immediately noticed by customers and clients when entering a parking lot. Proper pavement markings, including crosswalks and stop bars, let pedestrians know where they should walk and properly marked handicap stalls and directional pavement arrows assist with traffic flow – a must during heavily frequented times.

Our expert striping team will re-stripe your parking lot in accordance with the existing plan or reconfigure a new traffic pattern per your specifications and approved city plans.
